1. How do I make a booking?

Make a search on our website, every time you view a resort accommodation, you will be able to make a booking, by pressing the "book now" button. After you have confirmed and made payment you will receive a booking confirmation and voucher, via the e mail address given.

2. How do you ensure all payments made are secure on your website?

We ensure that our site is a secure environment for payments. Our systems are protected by Digital Signatures for authentication and integrity, Certification Authority (Verisign) that uniquely identifies the merchant, Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure privacy and authentication, and firewalls that act as shields to our computer networks from attack by viruses and hackers. 3. Do I get an invoice and booking confirmation for my booking?

Yes, you will receive an invoice and booking confirmation. This is the final step for the validity of the booking.

4. Do I need to contact Youtravel.com to confirm my booking?

No, since you have the booking confirmation and the invoice from us you do not need to do anything more.

5. I perform a search for a particular hotel but I cannot find it or it says it is not available.

Either it is not a supplier of ours, or there is no availability on that hotel for the particular dates you are searching for. Either refine your search, or go through World Guide in the main menu, find the hotel and check the availability button.

6. I perform a search but I cannot find any resort available.

You have probably limited your search by many criteria. Refine your search and try again. You can always view all hotels through the World Guide button in the main menu.

7. Do you offer other travel related information or services?

Apart from booking accommodation using our system, you have access to products and services of partners of ours. Book your transfer from the airport to your hotel (and vice versa) from the main menu, or just after you have made a hotel booking. You can also purchase travel insurance through our site.

8. How do I change or cancel my booking?

Our system allows you to make online amendments and cancellations. Depending on when you decide to cancel or to amend your booking there may be charges applied; please read our booking conditions for details. If you want to be redirected to the amendments and cancellation page, go to the administration section of our site.

9. Do you offer an in resort representation service?

In most destinations we have a local agent who is going to be able to assist you with minor queries you might have during your stay. They may also offer you other services (such as excursions, car hire etc), which can be purchased locally. Keep in mind that these services are not included in your booking.

10. Special Requests

Any special requests you might have (i.e. late check outs, vegetarian menus etc.) have to be requested on the special request section on the booking form, or directly with the hotel. Note that special requests are at the discretion of the local hotel and subject to availability. There may be extra charges applied, which will have to be paid locally.

11. I have seen you have free transfers for some destinations. How can i find some more information on them?
